Rocking D Ranch takes pride in Having safe well-behaved horses. If your abilities allow we will take you on a trail ride.
We are located in South West, Michigan
We take appointments only. As we pride our self in selling trail horse we can take you on a nice trail ride right from our Ranch. We do not rush our customers and to spend a few hours in the saddle out on the trails with a customer is not a problem for us.
We believe that the best part of training horse's is we get to ride all the time and just enjoy life. Sure we do get some bad horse's that just are no good. You will never see on of them for sale as we do not sell them from our Ranch. Every horse we sell we ride our self and it is safe. When we get in new horses be it a customers horse that going into our training program than for sale or one of our own horse we have to make room for them. So the horse listed for sale are horse that have been through the program and are nice safe sain horse. We are no different than you we want to enjoy the horse and have a nice safe ride. Because we sell nice safe horse's we can put you on them and take you out for a nice trail ride with on worries.
The second thing about training horse's is the nice people we meet. We make lots of new friends and sometimes get to ride with them a few times a year.

NOTE: Payment for our horse's must be cash we do not take personal checks.
Payment for horse's sold to our out of state customers can be made with a Certified Check.
Payments can be paid via paypal but there is a 3% additional fee on charge cards.
NOTE: Due to the cost of Hay we are charging board on horse sold that are not picked up by shipper or can be delivered within 30 days of sale. Our board cost is $8.00 per day. On all horses shipped out of state that is being picked up by transport we provide coggins, health papers, halter, lead rope and hay for the trip at no cost.
We will deliver all horse sold for $1800 and over up to 100 miles one way for no charge. We will deliver up to 400 miles from home. Many times we can set it up to meet you some place in the middle. Our rates are $1.25 a mile after the first 100 miles on our horses. Other shipping arrangements for trucking to east or west cost can be made.
We take every precaution to make your visit at our ranch a safe experience but do require all riders to sign the waiver please take the time to read the equine liability & waver, and Sale Agreement located on the tool bar.
